Some Japanese fans are raising concerns about Yumemiru Danshi’s use of AI for the backgrounds. Let’s take a look at a few scenes from the anime.
Scene 1: In this particular scene, the character is shown climbing stairs, and there’s something quite peculiar at the top—what appears to be a grille. How does that work exactly? Does the staircase pass over this upper area?
Scene 2: Let’s examine this convenience store scene. What stands out as “unusual” are the grilles?
Scene 3: Here’s a scene that truly seems peculiar, with an overwhelming number of dishes in the kitchen.
Scene 4: The school’s staircase has pillars placed in the middle.
Scene 5: And what’s going on here? I suspect this might not even be AI, but rather the work of a person.
Interestingly, the Japanese suspect that even the faucets were created by AI, although I’m not entirely sure.
