We have a video posted on Netflix Japan’s YouTube channel, showcasing his visit to the office where he had the chance to see the original first chapter of One Piece, illustrated by Oda back in 1997.
Godoy graced the cover of the 34th edition of Weekly Shonen Jump, alongside his character, Monkey D. Luffy. His emotions ran high as Hiroyuki Nakano, the Chief Editor of Shueisha, referred to him as the “true Luffy”.
