Yakuza member arrested for not picking up his dog’s poop
A simple stroll landed him in jail for violating the Waste Management Act months later. On May 17, the 57-year-old yakuza was arrested accused of not picking up the poop his dog had left in a case in the aforementioned neighborhood.
According to the police, there are at least two incidents where this happened: at 7am on December 28th and at the same time on January 9th.
Yakuza member arrested for not picking up his dog’s poop
Although the yakuza member is known to take the same route to walk his dog every morning, he denies the allegations against him, telling police he doesn’t think his dog pooped at that time and place.
Since it seems easy to link the poop to the dog through surveillance camera footage and DNA analysis, the key point in this case is whether he actually knew his dog pooped on someone’s property or not to establish intent. The police continue to investigate the case.
Shall we see some reactions online?
”Do the police have the poop in a safe somewhere as evidence?”
”Forget the yakuza, normal people should be arrested for not picking up poop too”
”The police have really been chasing the yakuza lately”
”He brought shame to his clan”
”At least he was very punctual in his work”
”Was the dog arrested too?”
This investigation will likely involve looking into all of the Yakuza member’s business and daily affairs to learn more about whether he really was too busy with organized crime activities not to notice a dog pooping next to him.
