The manga Kanan-sama wa Akumade Choroi, internationally known as Mistress Kanan is Devilishly Easy, will receive a TV anime adaptation in 2026. The production will be handled by Studio KAI, as revealed on the anime’s official website, which also showcased a teaser visual to excite fans.

Created by nonco, the manga started its serialization in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in June 2022. Published by Kodansha, the series has steadily grown in popularity thanks to its mix of romantic comedy and supernatural elements. The ninth compiled volume of the manga is set to be released this Wednesday.
Studio KAI, known for titles like Super Cub and Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, is taking on the animation of this upcoming series. Fans have expressed excitement about the studio’s involvement, hoping for a faithful and visually appealing adaptation.
