They Censored Shinmai Ossan Boukensha Anime
With the new season comes new anime, and one of them is Shinmai Ossan Boukensha. This anime tells the story of a man who becomes an adventurer at 30 years old, an age considered old by the world’s standards.
He is trained by literal monsters and uses his superhuman strength to defeat those who mock him. Early in the series, the protagonist Rick faces off against the adventurer Angelica.
Shinmai Ossan Boukensha is originally a light novel, but fans have compared the manga version to the anime. In the manga, there are several moments where Angelica’s panties are visible:

In the anime, the same scene was modified, and now Angelica wears dark shorts under her skirt:
The Japanese audience didn’t like this change, with some blaming “foreign regulations.” In the past, ecchi anime with panty shots were common, but now more anime are self-censoring.
