“Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon” tells the story of Miyo Saimori, an unhappy girl who was the result of a loveless marriage. After her mother’s death, her father brought in his lover and her own daughter.
From then on, Miyo became the servant of the family and was even more despised when they found out that she had no psychic abilities, leading to her mistreatment in the family.
One day, the family arranges a marriage for Miyo, but they discover that she is engaged to Kiyoka Kudou, a military captain rumored to be cruel, which is why no woman accepts to marry him. However, her new husband is actually very kind, so a great and happy wedding awaits Miyo.
