Frieren Cosplay Captured by Mimic
Now that the Sousou no Frieren anime is a hit in the current season, it’s natural to see photos of people cosplaying as Frieren. Due to a particular characteristic of this elf, there’s an opportunity to create fun and amusing photos.
For instance, take a look at this Frieren cosplay by Mami, a Japanese cosplayer with over 250,000 followers on Twitter.
She shared two photos of her Frieren cosplay on her profile, both portraying her gracefully. In the photo below, you can see her staff, which is very well crafted.
I believe Frieren’s cosplay is one of the simpler ones to make. I don’t know much about producing a cosplay, but at least this character doesn’t seem too complicated.

However, something cool that cosplayers can do with Frieren is her interaction with “holes.” Many are the moments when Frieren simply sticks her head into somewhere, leaving the lower part of her body exposed.
So, Mami took advantage and took photos of her Frieren cosplay opening a chest:
However, this chest turned out to be a Mimic, a typical creature from RPGs. It’s said to be a creature that inhabits a chest and attacks those who try to open it.
