Regarding the final scene of an anime, there were views from viewers such as “There was a depiction of the main heroine riding a war robot and crushing a human opponent with her gigantic hand, causing blood to splatter, and the heroine was hit .by one of the arms that was separated from the victim. I think it was a crazy and inappropriate representation”, and “I watched with my son an elementary school student and both I and the child were completely speechless with the excessively shocking scene.” .

Another person said “There was no warning from there that there would be cruel footage during the broadcast or in advance. I find a visual expression extremely inappropriate for a broadcast at this time (5 pm on Sunday)”.

A member of the committee shared his opinion, saying “When the loose arm twirled in the air, the color of the fresh blood changed to darker, but it’s not a scene to watch with your family at 5pm on a Sunday.”

Another member pointed out “One part of this series had exciting developments, but quickly a rather cruel scene emerged, so viewers were significantly surprised”.

One member also said, “Small children would be scared. However, the expression is done with a certain degree of consideration as the crushed body is not depicted and the smeared blood was dark in color.”

Well, basically, the vast majority of complaints that come to the BPO don’t end up influencing the programs, it’s more to really expose their opinions. Effects in programs are pretty rare these days.

The second part of the Gundam Witch from Mercury anime will premiere in April at the exact same time as the first part.
