The story of Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chuuhai follows married women who go out drinking and get tipsy enough to cheat on their husbands. The protagonist is a student named Tsuyoshi who loves drinking a beverage called Chuuhai, and he ends up meeting these married women.

Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chuuhai is another anime under the “Deregula” label, which aims to create uncensored anime that doesn’t rely on funding from foreign countries.
