First, let’s start with Yumemiru Danshi’s opening copying a scene from Seishun Buta Yarou’s opening:
This scene might not seem like a big deal. After all, even Konosuba’s opening features Kazuma with the sky in the background, right? But the issue here isn’t solely this scene; it’s just a taste of what’s to come.
Now, we have a more blatant example where Yumemiru Danshi’s opening shamelessly copied multiple scenes from the second season opening of Oregairu:
IT’S EXACTLY THE SAME! The scenes are identical, with the characters in the same poses and locations on the screen. But wait, there’s more!
Next, we have Yumemiru Danshi’s opening copying Jaku-Chara, which, once again, borrows heavily from the poses of the female characters:
From what I’ve gathered (and please correct me if I’m wrong, so I can adjust the text accordingly), the person responsible for this opening is Toshiyuki Yamashita, who already has a reputation for plagiarizing other scenes. For instance:
