NHentai is Down

It was only yesterday that we reported here that the NHentai website is facing a dangerous lawsuit in the American courts, where PCR Distributing is seeking, in addition to the names of the website owners, financial compensation in the millions of dollars and the complete closure of the website.

It seems that they have managed to close the website for now, when trying to access NHentai at this moment you will find an error message.

When you type the website address into your browser, you will find an image that Brazilians are familiar with, saying that the website cannot be accessed.

Looking at Reddit, no one seems to know what is happening to the website or why it went down, but it is safe to say that for at least two hours now, users have been having trouble navigating the website.

A screenshot from a Discord group is circulating, I don’t know which group it is from or if it is true, but the screenshot says:

“The owner of NHentai has deleted the DNS records for the site on the registrar’s side (not on Cloudflare’s side). This action is probably due to the lawsuit they are facing that could cost them $4 million in compensation. To access NHentai, you can…”

And then he shows a method to access NHentai that unfortunately I don’t understand and can’t explain here, but let’s see what happens. On another note, there are some fans from other countries who say they can access NHentai, I tried and it doesn’t work here.

There is a domain called “nhentai.to” that I don’t know if it belongs to the same owner that is “online” but very slow at the moment. All that’s left is to wait.
