This occurred late afternoon on Friday the 30th, on a street in the Hamakita district of Hamamatsu, Shizuoka.
According to police reports, Toyota’s resident man, Aichi, carried a knife and made threats, telling the girl to hand over her panties if she didn’t want to die.
The girl managed to memorize the suspect’s license plate as he fled, which helped police track him down and arrest him two days later. The man admitted to the allegations.
Anyway, another case of panty theft in Japan. It just wasn’t worse than this case here where a man stole a girl’s panties and set her house on fire.
