Former Toei Producer Muneyuki Kii has new company called K2 Pictures
The former Toei producer Muneyuki Kii, known for his work on productions such as The Seven Deadly Sins and Shin Kamen Rider, has established a new company called K2 Pictures.
K2 Pictures will be a company focused on the production of films and video programs. Kii is the representative director and CEO of the new company.

The representative director and CEO of a company called Akatsuki Inc. gaming-focused Tetsuro Koda and foreign investment fund manager Frederick Katsuro Schmidt were named directors.
The main shareholders of K2 Pictures are Akatsuki Inc. which produces games, Groundworks, which manages the copyright of Evangelion, Rockwell Eyes Inc., represented by director Shunji Iwai and Cine Bazar which is a film production company.
There is still no announcement of a new project by K2 Pictures. Big names are leaving animation giants and establishing and starting their own companies.
