Facts about Sara! Sara probably won’t appear anymore, which is a shame. She appeared in the second season and started off as a girl who hated Rudeus but eventually became a love interest for him.
However, considering the events of the anime, she probably won’t appear anymore. So let’s take a look at some facts about Sara.
Facts about Sara from Mushoku Tensei: She wanted to apologize
Let’s start with her past. When Sara was around 10 years old, the village she lived in was attacked by monsters, resulting in the death of her parents
Sara blames the nobles for her parents’ death because the noble who was supposed to protect her village didn’t send help against the monsters. So, before meeting Rudeus, all the nobles Sara knew were cowardly and would abandon their groups to save themselves.
Pilemon, Paul’s younger brother (pictured above), was the noble responsible for protecting Sara’s village. When Sara saw Rudeus, she noticed that his face resembled Pilemon’s, which is one of the reasons why she was rude to Rudeus.
Sara learned archery from her father, and he taught her well because she is a great archer, able to shoot multiple arrows in quick succession.

After trying to be with Rudeus, which ended up being a disappointment, Sara ran back to her hotel and spent the whole night crying. It was Suzanne who comforted Sara after the incident with Rudeus. Suzanne is like a mother figure to Sara.
Speaking of Sara, she wanted to apologize to Rudeus. Sara learned about Rudeus’s physical problem through Elise (pictured below), and she wanted to apologize to him.
However, by the time Sara found out, Rudeus had already left Rosenberg, which makes her story even sadder. Sara is a girl who always repays her debts, including small favors like meals, and she insists on giving some form of compensation
In the original web novel of Mushoku Tensei, Sara didn’t make an appearance. In the web version of the story, she was only mentioned as a “girl similar to Eris” whom Rudeus had an affair with. She only gained a name and more details in the light novel.
Sara and Eris are similar in many aspects, as you may have noticed. Both are skilled fighters who initially “hate” Rudeus, have a tsundere personality, but eventually develop feelings for him. Both even wanted to give their virginity to Rudeus (in Sara’s case, she failed to do so).
