Former Soldier is Punished for Having Prohibited Illustrations of Children

The Times & Star website reported on February 23 that Michael Lee, 27 years old, a former soldier who volunteered in the war in Ukraine, was prosecuted by police for possessing images of children in soxual situations, it is worth mentioning that all images that he was caught were illustrations.

According to the news, prosecutor Brendan Burke said that Michael Lee’s crime was committed over a period of 6 years, the case came to light when police went to the suspect’s home and seized two digital devices.

  • 317 extreme pornography images involving bestiality
  • Indecent images of children, all were illustrations, 12 were in the worst category, A, 7 were in category B, 32 were in category C.

It was reported that Lee volunteered in the Ukraine conflict, he helped train other recruits and participated in operations, he was well liked by his teammates.

Obviously Michael Lee denied having an interest in real children, as he was caught having illustrations, Lee’s lawyer defending his client said, “He understands that this is not real” about the illustrations.

Judge in the case, Nicholas Barker imposed a community order of three years, with 25 days of rehabilitation activities, Lee must participate in the s** offender treatment program.

Lee will have his name on the Sox Offenders Register for 5 years, he must also do 120 hours of unpaid work. When the news got out, a lot of people assumed that what Lee must have were images of Loli’s hentai, and he got a conviction because of it.
