Shueisha trademarks Jump Toon

Fans discovered that Shueisha registered the trademark “Jump Toon” on March 3 of this year, along with the discovery of the trademark in that name, it was also discovered that a domain for a website with the link: jumptoon.jp was also registered in the same day.

Below you can see the two logos that were registered with the name, one in Japanese and one in English.

The clearest assumption that some fans have made on social media is that it could be a Shueisha webtoon platform. As you know, Webtoons have been extremely popular in recent years, the comic format is well regarded on smartphones.

This could be Shueisha’s turn to enter the world of webtoons, but we’ll have to wait to find out what exactly this trademark is all about.
