The story revolves around Tanpopo Ohanami, a girl who was saved by a monster named Shade when she was very young. Since then, Shade has been her loyal companion, protecting her from all dangers.

Tanpopo is the only person who can see Shade, and she considers him her hero and best friend. As she grows older, Tanpopo becomes a magical girl, taking on the mission to defeat evil and protect others, just as Shade did for her.

In this world, people are attacked by creatures called “Shadows,” which drain the energy of ordinary people. Although Shade appears to be one of these creatures, only Tanpopo can see him.

Tanpopo doesn’t become a magical girl by chance; she has great potential and power. A mysterious organization recruits her to help them fight the Shadows.
