The story of Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chuuhai revolves around married women who go out drinking and get tipsy enough to cheat on their husbands. The protagonist is a student named Tsuyoshi, who loves drinking a beverage called Chuhai, and he frequently meets these married women.

The Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chuuhai anime is set to premiere this year. To celebrate the announcement, a commemorative illustration by Tama was released, and an official Twitter account has also been launched.
