I think when the author of Chainsaw Man created the manga, he got the news of the anime adaptation and after the anime premiered I never imagined that a cosplayer would put Pochita on her chest.

I can only imagine the author’s reaction seeing this exotic cosplay, this girl decided to cosplay Pochita, but her breasts were the ones who did the cosplay, check it out:

And she went out on the street with this cosplay, ok, Japan is really an exotic place, in certain regions you find people dressed in really weird things.
