The Hoshi no Samidare anime is censoring panties. This is an anime that I’m not watching from the current season, but I saw the Japanese commenting disappointed by the censorship.
In the latest episode 3 of the Hoshi no Samidare anime, at the end of the episode, we have the two protagonists, a girl and a boy walking on the street when a third character appears running and lifts the girl’s skirt, thus showing her panties.

In the anime there is the same scene, but the panties are not shown, we see the skirt lifting but panties that is good the anime decided not to show.

This is not the first time Hoshi no Samidare has censored Panties
Yes, it seems that the order is not to show panties, as all the scenes where these precious pieces of cloth appear are being summarily cut from the anime.

Will the Blu-ray of the anime of Hoshi no Samidare show the panties and that is to not have problems during its transmission to TV or not? Only time will tell!
I found a comment from a person who wondered why they still animate the raised skirt scenes but not show any panties, what would be the point of that.
