Local police have issued a warning telling people to be alert as these men are still believed to be on the outskirts of Fukuoka.
The first report of naked men came from a man in Koga, Fukuoka Prefecture, on September 23. He reported seeing a total of 20 men running in broad daylight, why? Nobody knows.
On September 24, the Fukuoka Prefectural Police Station in Kasuya asked people to be alert as 20 men have been walking around naked in Fukuoka!
