Fan Buys 20 Copies of Girls Band Cry Volume 1 Blu-ray
What do you do to support your favorite anime? Some people subscribe to streaming services to watch their favorite shows, others buy merchandise, attend events, and some even go to the extent of buying multiple copies of the Blu-ray of their favorite anime.
“Girls Band Cry” is an original anime by Toei that aired last spring season. With 13 episodes, the anime focuses on music and tells the story of five girls who come together to form the band Togenashi Togeari.
Fan Buys 20 Copies of Girls Band Cry Volume 1 Blu-ray
A dedicated fan decided to purchase 20 copies of Volume 1 of the “Girls Band Cry” Blu-ray and shared his achievement on Twitter:
Volume 1 of the “Girls Band Cry” Blu-ray includes some interesting extras but only contains the first episode of the series. Volume 2, at least, has episodes 2 and 3.
Why Buy 20 Copies of the Blu-ray?
Besides being a huge fan of Togenashi Togeari, Volume 1 of the Blu-ray comes with a ticket to enter a lottery for a chance to win tickets to the 2nd Togenashi Togeari concert happening in September.
In Japan, it is common to enter lotteries for a chance to buy or win exclusive items. In his post, the fan expressed his hope of winning the lottery as he really wants to attend the Togenashi Togeari concert.
