Silent Witch Anime Was Aniplex’s Big Announcement

During Aniplex’s special broadcast, it was revealed that the long-awaited big announcement was an anime adaptation of Silent Witch, a light novel by Isora Matsuri and Fujimi Nanna, which began publication in 2021.

Silent Witch Synopsis:

Monica Everett, the Silent Witch, is the only mage in the world who can use unenchanted magic, a true heroine who single-handedly defeated a legendary black dragon. However, this young genius is actually… super-duper shy! That’s right: she learned to cast spells silently just to avoid speaking in public, and despite her power, she has no self-confidence whatsoever. Now, Monica has been tasked with secretly protecting the second prince. Can she stand her ground as she faces the evil forces that target the prince and the terrors of social interaction?

So far, no release date or format for the anime has been announced, all we know is that the protagonist, Monica Everett, will be voiced by Saya Aizawa.
