Japanese Man Receives Hentai Manga When Ordering a Drink at a Bar in the Czech Republic

Traveling is one of the most invigorating and exhausting activities out there (quite contradictory, isn’t it?), and a Japanese traveler recently visited the Czech Republic where he came across an anime-themed bar. So far, nothing unusual, but a certain aspect of this bar made him laugh a lot.

Our Japanese traveler was in the Czech Republic when he found a bar called “Yume Anime Bar,” an anime-themed bar where they serve alcoholic beverages, so I assume it’s an adults-only venue.

On their menu, they have a cocktail called “Hentai.” Now, forgive me if I get anything wrong here, I don’t know much about alcoholic drinks. According to their menu, the “Hentai” cocktail is a mix of Absolut Vodka, Bubble Gum Syrup (a sweet syrup with a bubblegum flavor), and lemon juice.

But it’s not the ingredients I want to highlight here; it’s the fact that ordering the “Hentai” cocktail means the bartender also serves you some hentai doujins along with the drink:

“I found an anime bar in a city called Brno, in the Czech Republic. I went in out of curiosity and ordered a cocktail called ‘Hentai’ – they served it with a doujinshi on the side, and I couldn’t stop laughing!” said the Japanese traveler.

As you can see in the photo above, we have the drink served in a nice glass, and next to it, a hentai doujin called “Kinyoku Sister ni Zange o Suwareru Hon” from Blue Archive by artist Cure Slum, released in December 2023.

The other book next to the doujin is their menu cover; Yume Anime Bar even has its own anime mascot.

There are also cosplayers there, like this lovely girl dressed as Hoshino Ai from the series Oshi no Ko, who recently won over fans with its beautifully done ending.
