Kaho Shibuya sues Company for leak of uncensored movie

Former adult actress Kaho Shibuya is suing a film production company for 7.4 million yen (approximately R$ 283,030.00), for “mental damage”, “infringement of privacy” and “damage to her reputation” after the scenes from her uncensored films were leaked.

In January 2022, Kaho Shibuya received a message from a fan who said that he saw an AV film of hers without censorship, after checking it she found that two adult films of hers, one released in September 2016 and the other released in 2017, ended up leaking and being uploaded to a website, basically the movies were uncensored.

The 36-year-old began her lawsuit on February 16 at the Tokyo court, where she held a press conference with her lawyer, who informed her that the two leaked films were shot in one day and that she received 280,000 yen. in payment (around BRL 10,681.80), she said that she expects to receive good money for the process, but she is doing it on the principle of protecting the rights of actresses and former actresses against leaks of the type.

Kaho Shibuya retired from JAV movies in 2018, she had a 4-year career as a JAV actress starting in November 2016 and ending in September 2018.

It is worth mentioning a few things about this whole story, Japanese adult actresses can ask that their AV movie be withdrawn from circulation, that is, an actress can request that companies stop selling their films if they leave the industry or something like that, Kaho Shibuya did not make such an order, her JAV films are still available for sale online at various official websites.
